» La Otra Edad de Plata (LOEP). Proyección cultural y legado digital.
Since the year 2007 the members of the group the other Silver Age (LOEP) have researched jointly on Spanish literature and culture during the Silver Age (1868-1936). We currently have a scientific history of more than 200 works related to this research. The group encompasses interdisciplinary lines of research that are cohesionan and complemented in the effort to bring to light authors, genres, themes and styles not sufficiently studied on the aforementioned historical period. Its members come from three disciplines: philology, history and librarianship. The group has enjoyed continued funding through three research projects: one of them deals with the cultural roots of this period and two other projects manifest the interest in innovating historical contents through the Digital Humanities, implementing a virtual library and interactive critical editions. The LOEP group takes care of the training of young researchers while appreciating the legacy inherited from the professors. Its main objective is to promote innovation in the quality of scientific knowledge.
